Terms and Conditions
End User License Agreement 

Welcome to VocaGo, a mobile language learning application designed to help users expand their German vocabulary.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for personal educational purposes.
You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or modify the App or any part of it;

  • attempt to extract source code or reverse engineer the software;

  • use the App for commercial purposes or resell access to it.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional paid features via In-App Purchases (IAP) and auto-renewable subscriptions.

  • All payments are handled by Apple Inc. through the App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their Apple ID settings.

  • Prices and availability may vary depending on region and currency.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, graphics, design, and code, are owned by VocaGo Team and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.
We make reasonable efforts to test and verify the App before release to ensure it functions correctly. However, despite our best efforts, occasional errors, bugs, or technical issues may occur, and we cannot guarantee that the App will always operate without interruptions or defects.
We cannot guarantee that the App will be completely free from malfunctions, but we do everything possible to prevent them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VocaGo Team shall not be liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • data loss, interruption, or inability to use the App;

  • issues arising from Apple’s payment or distribution systems.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or improve the App at any time without prior notice.
These updates may change the way certain features operate or remove some functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by general principles of international law and interpreted in a neutral jurisdiction, without reference to the laws of any specific country.
